Delete your Align13 account.
You own your sky. To permanently delete your Align13 account and all associated personal data, submit the form below or email support@align13.com. We confirm every request within 72 hours, and your account is fully removed after a 30-day grace period.
Request account deletion
Submit from the email associated with your account
We’ll reply with a verification link. After you confirm, your account enters a 30-day grace period and is then permanently deleted. You’ll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, email, birth data, and timezone
- Your natal chart and derived readings
- Saved relationships, compatibility charts, and journal entries
- Push-notification tokens and device identifiers
- Subscription records (after legal retention window expires)
Retained briefly (legal / financial)
- · Anonymized payment records required by tax law (typically 7 years)
- · Hashed fraud-prevention signals for up to 90 days
